The Research Review Journal of Educational and Physical Excellence (RRJEPE) adheres to the highest standards of publication ethics and follows the principles and best practices recommended by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
All parties involved in the publication process — authors, reviewers, editors, and the editorial board — are expected to maintain integrity, transparency, and professionalism to ensure the credibility and quality of academic research.
Responsibilities of Authors
Originality and Plagiarism
All submissions must be original work. Any content derived from other sources must be properly cited or quoted. Manuscripts are screened using plagiarism detection software to ensure academic integrity.
Data Integrity
Authors must present accurate, honest, and complete research findings. Fabrication, falsification, manipulation of data, or selective reporting is strictly prohibited.
Multiple Submissions
Manuscripts must not be simultaneously submitted to or previously published in another journal. Duplicate or concurrent submissions are considered unethical.
Authorship
Only individuals who have made significant scholarly contributions should be listed as authors. All co-authors must approve the final version of the manuscript and consent to its submission.
Conflict of Interest
Authors must disclose any financial, institutional, or personal conflicts of interest that may influence the research or its interpretation.
Acknowledgment of Sources
Proper acknowledgment of all sources and prior research must be provided. Relevant literature should be accurately cited.
Responsibilities of Reviewers
Confidentiality
Reviewers must treat all manuscripts as confidential documents. They must not share, discuss, or use unpublished material without permission from the editor.
Objectivity
Reviews should be conducted objectively, fairly, and constructively. Personal criticism of authors is inappropriate.
Acknowledgment of Sources
Reviewers should identify relevant published work that has not been cited and inform the editor of any suspected plagiarism or duplication.
Conflict of Interest
Reviewers must disclose any conflicts of interest and decline to review manuscripts where such conflicts exist.
Responsibilities of Editors
Publication Decisions
Editors are responsible for making final decisions regarding manuscript acceptance or rejection based on scholarly merit, originality, clarity, and relevance to the journal’s scope.
Fair Evaluation
Manuscripts are evaluated solely on academic merit without discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, or political beliefs.
Confidentiality
Editors and editorial staff must maintain confidentiality regarding all submitted manuscripts and communications.
Disclosure and Conflict of Interest
Editors must not use unpublished information from submitted manuscripts for personal research without written consent from the author(s). Editors must recuse themselves from handling manuscripts where conflicts of interest exist.
Addressing Misconduct
In cases of suspected ethical misconduct, RRJEPE will follow COPE guidelines. This may include investigation, communication with authors and institutions, issuing corrections, or retracting published articles when necessary.
By adhering to these ethical standards, the Research Review Journal of Educational and Physical Excellence (RRJEPE) is committed to maintaining academic integrity, transparency, and excellence in scholarly publishing.
